juniperinum
lemptospermum juniperinum, Prickly Tea-tree, 20 x 20 cm Palette knife oil on canvas.
Bush walks in my local national park, Kuringgai take a very long time as I’m always stopping to take a closer look at all the stunning flowers, leaves, shapes, tones and complexities of all sorts….. it’s heavenly!
I paint ‘alla prima’ which means ‘at first attempt’ my paintings are usually completed within one session.
